Capturing the grit, soul, and creative history of Sebokeng and Vanderbijlpark through the lens of the people who live it.
This interactive documentary is structured around four key themes drawn from the capability approach, which guide both the collection and interpretation of data. These themes environmental, social, psychological, and physical capability provide a framework for understanding the different factors that shape an individual's potential to succeed as a social media influencer. Throughout the documentary, each theme is explored through participant interviews, offering insight into how these capabilities are experienced and developed in real contexts. By engaging with these perspectives, the documentary seeks to highlight which capabilities and practices are most effective in supporting the growth and success of emerging influencers.
